  印 刷 工 藝 注 意 事 項(xiàng) 
  1. 由于金屬色粉、塑料樹脂、助劑及添加劑的比重不同，存放時(shí)鏡面油墨中各成份會(huì)分層，所以使用前一定要徹底攪拌均勻。 
  2. 因鏡面油墨的粘度較低，印刷時(shí)要注意選用網(wǎng)目較高的網(wǎng)版，120T～140T為佳，且選用硬度適合的刮刀。印刷時(shí)適當(dāng)減少刮刀的印刷壓力。 
  3. 為防止堵網(wǎng)現(xiàn)象，請(qǐng)不要在空氣強(qiáng)烈流通的地方印刷。 
  4. 網(wǎng)距應(yīng)小一些，網(wǎng)版的張力應(yīng)略低。 
  5. 為防止油墨吸收水份后，使鏡面光澤度降低，在印刷和儲(chǔ)存時(shí)應(yīng)避免潮濕，印刷后應(yīng)立即低溫干燥。
