井壁穩(wěn)定劑
一、產(chǎn)品描述：　　鉆井液用井壁穩(wěn)定劑是石油鉆井過程中性能優(yōu)異的井壁穩(wěn)定助劑。其基本原料是石油瀝青。外觀為棕褐色易碎薄片或流動性粉末。密度0.98g/cm3，產(chǎn)品含有很高的水溶性成分和一定的油溶成分，具有優(yōu)良的乳化性能，適用于各種鉆井液體系。二、質(zhì)量指標(biāo)：  三、用途：　　可使淡水或鹽水與石油乳化；抑制鉆屑的分散,穩(wěn)定泥漿切力；控制高溫高壓濾失量,產(chǎn)生薄而堅(jiān)韌的泥餅；降低鉆桿扭矩；封堵井筒微裂縫,保持井眼穩(wěn)定。　　●  穩(wěn)定頁巖地層　　●  減少轉(zhuǎn)動扭矩和防止遇卡　　●  石油包括原油、廢機(jī)油、柴油的代用品　　●  抑制鉆屑的固體分散　　●  控制高溫高壓濾失量　　●  產(chǎn)生薄而堅(jiān)韌的泥餅　　●  對產(chǎn)油氣層無損害四、推薦加量  1～4%  五、貯存與包裝：　　內(nèi)襯塑料袋，外用三合一紙袋密封包裝，每袋凈重25㎏，在貯運(yùn)中，因其水溶性、忌散包。受潮不影響使用。
