概述:該臺設(shè)備適用于瓶口＞
1.8毫米的瓶子進行灌裝針頭插入式液體灌裝，采用活塞泵正壓灌裝，為國內(nèi)首創(chuàng)，獨特的插入式灌裝閥國內(nèi)獨一無二，并擁有國家專利。該臺設(shè)備具有自動理瓶（用戶選用）、有瓶灌裝、無瓶止灌、液體回吸、泡沫回吸、有瓶下外蓋、自動旋緊蓋、自動出瓶功能，有連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)。該臺設(shè)備集機械、氣動、電子一體，填補了國內(nèi)小口徑瓶自動化生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的空白，充分體現(xiàn)了本公司在非標(biāo)包材產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計、制造上的優(yōu)勢，該臺設(shè)備完全符合GMP藥品生產(chǎn)規(guī)范。

Introduction:
With
filling  needles  plug-in  type  and  piston-pump  positive  pressure
filling,  it’s  applied  to  the  liquid  filling  for
various    bottles  whose  bottleneck  diameters  are
bigger  than1.8mm.  This  system  can  be  equipped  with  auto
bottle-feeding  part(if  needed);  auto  sensoring  bottles  and  caps:  no
bottle,  no  filling  &  no  cap-feeding;  autosucking  liquid  and
foam;  auto  cap-closing  &  auto  bottle-exiting.  It  combines  with
mechnism,  phenumatics  and  electrics,  totally  in  compliance  with  GMP
medicine  production  requirements.  It  is  possible  &
perfect  for  small  bottle  auto  production
lines.
