山東魯臺(tái)集團(tuán)棗莊市魯都公司研制的鋼制焊接烘缸具有重量輕、耗能低、耐高壓、熱導(dǎo)效率高、Nip合金鍍層、硬度高、耐磨、全焊透結(jié)構(gòu)、密封性能好、傳動(dòng)靈活、安全可靠等特點(diǎn)，于1998年5月獲國家專利，專利號(hào)：“ZL 94 1 10657.8”，本公司鋼制焊接烘缸企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已上升為國家行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并于1994年2月取得了由山東省勞動(dòng)廳頒發(fā)的壓力容器制造許可證。
我公司可承制Φ2500×4000mm以內(nèi)各種規(guī)格烘缸，（可根據(jù)用戶要求定做）承受蒸汽壓力可達(dá)0.8MPa，為消除成品烘缸的焊接內(nèi)應(yīng)內(nèi)，在制造過程中經(jīng)過兩次650℃熱處理，并由微機(jī)全程監(jiān)控?zé)崽幚磉^程。

The product had gained Chinese invention patent in 1998.Its standard has become Chinese light industrial and obtained the certificate of producing press container in 1994.Its characteristics are weight light,lower consumption,high pressure endurance,high heat conductivity,high hardness,uneasy friction and easy driving,the surface is bright for using chemical NIP layer.
It can process the dryers within Φ2500×4000mm and its steam pressure can reach to 0.8MPa.The dryers will be heated to 650 for two times and the processing procedure will be monitored by computer in order to make them perfect.
