該機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)形成四輥式，上輥為主傳動(dòng)，通過減速機(jī)的輸出齒輪與上齒輪嚙合，為卷制板材提供扭矩；下輥?zhàn)鞔怪鄙颠\(yùn)動(dòng)；下輥?zhàn)鞔怪鄙颠\(yùn)動(dòng)，通過液壓缸內(nèi)的液壓油作用于活塞而獲得，以便夾緊板材，為液壓傳動(dòng)；在下輥的兩側(cè)沒有側(cè)輥并沿著機(jī)架導(dǎo)軌作傾運(yùn)動(dòng)，通過絲桿螺母蝸輪桿或液壓傳動(dòng)；該機(jī)優(yōu)點(diǎn)是板材端部預(yù)彎及卷圈可以在同一臺(tái)設(shè)備上進(jìn)行。
Main characteristic:
The machine adopts the four-roller structure with the upper roller as the main drive ,providing the plates bending with torque through the engagement between the gear of the moder and the gear of upper roller.The lower roller makes verital movements and imposes a force on the piston through the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder so as to clamp the plate tight.Side rollers are arranged on the two sides of the lides of the lower roller,and make inclining movement along the guide rall,and provide drive through the screw,the nut ,the worm and the lead screw .The advantage of the machine is that the preliminary bending and rolling of the top ends of the plates can be couducted on the same machine.
