大電流溫度保護(hù)器適用于高壓高電流場(chǎng)合

目前市場(chǎng)上大多數(shù)的熱保護(hù)器、溫控開(kāi)關(guān)等都屬于小電流系列產(chǎn)品，例如KSD301、KSD9700等，我們公司推出大電流溫度保護(hù)器，滿足高壓高電流場(chǎng)合使用。

大電流熱保護(hù)器產(chǎn)品主要有，16A、20A四極溫控開(kāi)關(guān)、熱保護(hù)器，采用即插式端子。40A、45A、63A 大電流溫控器、大電流溫控開(kāi)關(guān)、大電流熱保護(hù)器，采用螺絲孔固定形式，可用于即熱式熱水器、變電箱等大電流發(fā)熱裝置上，具有壽命長(zhǎng)，過(guò)電流大，方便安裝，尺寸合理等優(yōu)點(diǎn)

熱保護(hù)器工作原理 

  熱保護(hù)器又可以稱作為溫控開(kāi)關(guān)或溫控器，它的作用與我們生活當(dāng)中的保險(xiǎn)絲的作用一樣，不過(guò)也有不同。熱保護(hù)器是兩片不同的合金組合在一起，通過(guò)電流后會(huì)發(fā)熱，由于兩種不同的合金熱膨脹系數(shù)不同，合金勢(shì)必向一個(gè)方向彎曲，觸電離開(kāi)，就斷了電。彎曲速度與通過(guò)的電流大小成正比。這樣就保護(hù)了用電設(shè)備。

主要是收感應(yīng)到溫度的影響，金屬膨脹或者縮小等，熱脹冷縮的原理，主要屬于機(jī)械動(dòng)作，物理感應(yīng)！

1、17AMI熱保護(hù)器與PTC/電阻絲R形成并聯(lián)電路，當(dāng)負(fù)載正常工作時(shí)，PTC和R不產(chǎn)生高溫，17AMI熱保護(hù)器保持常通。

2、當(dāng)負(fù)載異常工作電流增大時(shí)，發(fā)熱絲R能迅速發(fā)熱傳導(dǎo)17AMI保護(hù)器迅速斷開(kāi)，PTC發(fā)熱產(chǎn)生高溫，并在不斷電狀態(tài)下，持續(xù)保持17AMI熱保護(hù)器常斷電，以至保護(hù)負(fù)載不工作起到保護(hù)作用。

3、當(dāng)切斷電源后，PTC停止發(fā)熱，17AMI熱保護(hù)器回復(fù)接通

狀態(tài)后，負(fù)載繼續(xù)正常工作。4、在17AMI熱保護(hù)器基礎(chǔ)上加發(fā)熱絲R，能讓負(fù)載通過(guò)電流

過(guò)大時(shí)發(fā)熱絲迅速產(chǎn)生高溫發(fā)熱，補(bǔ)償?shù)?7AMI熱保護(hù)器上，具有反應(yīng)快，時(shí)間短的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

normal open,then the appliance will be not work and protected.

3.After cut off circuit,PTC stop generate heat,17AMI thermal protector back to close status,the appliance could be work normally. 4.Based on 17AMI thermal protector the Resistor R is added and this provide the function of Resistor R generate heat immediately when current load is increased,this process will compensate the thermal protector and provide this type thermal protector with priority of quick response and short time .
