After the pins installed, pressed the wire with hook shape, turn clock wise with the wire goes through each pines as photo 2. After the wiring done press “Manual Wiring Button” which turns around the mandrill running. Pull out the first sect and cut it out. (Because of wire shape no good when the first manual wiring).

5.3 全自動臺歷 掛歷 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)調(diào)試齒距 Teeth pitch adjustment

齒距是通過以下三個(gè)零件固定的，1插針板、2插針、3導(dǎo)線塊

There are three parts supporting with the wire. 1. The pins. 2. The pin stands and 3. The teeth guide.
5.3.1導(dǎo)線塊是各種齒距通用一個(gè)規(guī)格，只須通過調(diào)整導(dǎo)線塊旁邊的“齒距調(diào)節(jié)螺絲”將其左右移動位置。Wire running teeth guide is a kind of common specification. Just loosen the screws can move it to left or right POSTTTION.
5.3.2穿好線之后先用“手動繞線”生產(chǎn)一段線圈,檢驗(yàn)齒距是否符合要求(可以在機(jī)器上的導(dǎo)向齒距條上檢驗(yàn)),如齒距偏大,則把“齒距調(diào)節(jié)螺絲”順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn),反之亦反。Upon the wire setup done “manual wiring” trial suitable length of coil. In case double check each coil is qualified passed. (Can inspect onto the machine on the teeth pitch guide).If the teeth pitch bigger adjust screws turn clock wise. If teeth pitch smaller, turn against the direction.

5.4全自動臺歷 掛歷 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)調(diào)試切刀 Cutter adjustment

5.4.1 先調(diào)試左切刀,刀口的開口中間位置對準(zhǔn)需切斷的線圈位置,刀口進(jìn)入線圈約1/3,見下圖.用同樣的方法調(diào)試右切刀 。Adjust the left cutter; the centre of the cutter must face the wire cutting POSTTTION. The cutter should be entered the coil 1/3 of depth. See photo 3. Use the same way for the right cutter for inspection.

5.4.2  切刀高度調(diào)整,在切刀架上有一個(gè)可調(diào)整的固定螺絲,松開調(diào)整到合適的位置鎖緊即可.見圖. Adjust the height for the cutter. There are adjustable screws, hoist it up can limited the cutter the height. See photo 4.

5.4.3 切刀左右位置調(diào)整，用板手松開切刀的固定滑塊即可將切刀左右移動,移動到所需要的位置后再將固定滑塊鎖緊. Adjust the left or right POSTTTION for the cutter. Loosen screw rings can move the cutter to left or right POSTTTION. Tighten up when the adjustment done.

5.5 全自動臺歷 掛歷 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)潤滑 Lubrications

線材須保持足夠的潤滑,否則表面容易刮花,請?jiān)跈C(jī)器放線架的潤滑盒子上加注乳化水. Wire material should be keep suitable lubrication to avoid scratch problem. Please put some Castrol Syntilo for lubrications.

6.全自動臺歷 掛歷 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)機(jī)器手送料系統(tǒng)的調(diào)整 Adjust the feed system

  The feed system of the machine is composed of the timing belt and the synchronous wheel. The POSTTTION has been debugged in the right place in the factory. After a period of operation, if the tension of the belt is not enough or the POSTTTION of the manipulator is deviated, the belt driven wheel can be adjusted Tighten the screws to ensure the tension of the timing belt, and then release the belt fastening block 1 to adjust the manipulator to the desired POSTTTION to lock（Picture 6）。
