8.1 沖孔系統(tǒng)故障排除 Punching system trouble shooting

   8.1.1   故障現(xiàn)象：全自動(dòng)臺(tái)歷 掛歷 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)機(jī)器不動(dòng) Symptom: The machine does not move

           產(chǎn)生原因：電源沒有接通或者保護(hù)開關(guān)觸發(fā)異常。

Cause: The power supply is not turned on or the protection switch is triggered
  排除方法：查看電源開關(guān)是否已經(jīng)接通，保護(hù)開關(guān)有無異常， 配電箱內(nèi)空氣開關(guān)是否斷開。

Remedy: Check whether the power switch is switched on, whether the protection switch is abnormal or not, and the air switch in the distribution box is disconnected
8.1.2異?，F(xiàn)象：全自動(dòng)臺(tái)歷 掛歷 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)毛邊大

Abnormal phenomenon: big hair
  產(chǎn)生原因：紙張?zhí)?，沖針嚴(yán)重磨損

Cause: The paper is too thick and the punch is severely worn
  排除方法：正常運(yùn)行紙張厚度建議在1-6mm之內(nèi)；如果是沖針磨損嚴(yán)重請(qǐng)更換。Remedy: normal operation of the paper thickness is recommended within 1-6mm; if the pins wear, please replace.

8.2 全自動(dòng)臺(tái)歷 掛歷 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)機(jī)器手送料系統(tǒng)的故障排除 The feed belt system trouble shooting

   8.2.1 故障現(xiàn)象：全自動(dòng)臺(tái)歷 掛歷 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)機(jī)器不動(dòng)Symptom: The machine does not move

         產(chǎn)生原因：電源沒有接通或者光電開關(guān)觸發(fā)異常。Cause: The power supply is not turned on or the photoelectric switch triggers an abnormality
         排除方法：查看電源開關(guān)是否已經(jīng)接通，光電開關(guān)有無異常。Remedy: Check whether the power switch is turned on, the photoelectric switch is abnormal.

   8.2.2  異?，F(xiàn)象：全自動(dòng)臺(tái)歷 掛歷 筆記本單/雙線圈裝訂機(jī)機(jī)械手抓取和送料位置不對(duì)             Abnormal phenomenon: the robot grab and feeding POSTTTION is wrong

   產(chǎn)生原因：皮帶拉長(zhǎng)松弛或者是皮帶固定塊1不牢靠。        Cause: The belt is stretched or the belt is fixed

   排除方法：將皮帶張緊到合適的松緊度，調(diào)整好機(jī)械手的位置鎖緊皮帶固定塊。Remedy: Tighten the belt to the appropriate tightness, adjust the POSTTTION of the robot to lock the belt fixed block.
