Cast Iron Surface is manufactured according to standard GB/T22095-2008 and it can be made into  rib type and box type. The material is the high-strength cast iron HT 200-HT 300.Additionally, the working surface are allowed to have V, T or U-shaped grooves, round holes, slot holes. Etc. It is often used as the baseline for all measurements to the workpiece.

鑄鐵平板用于工件檢測或劃線的平面基準(zhǔn)器具。 鑄鐵平板用途比較廣泛，應(yīng)用于機(jī)械制造、化工、五金、航空航天、石油、汽車制造、儀器儀表制造等行業(yè)。 鑄鐵平板：主要用于檢驗(yàn)工件誤差的基準(zhǔn)，檢驗(yàn)平板/檢驗(yàn)平臺在機(jī)械制造過程中起著至關(guān)重要的作用它是每個(gè)工件出廠前檢驗(yàn)的最基本基準(zhǔn)工具。

Cast Iron Surface Plate can be used in many fields, such as motor assembly testing, vibration test rail, machinery manufacturing,automobiles, machine tool castings and so on.

鑄鐵平板保養(yǎng)

1、為了防止鑄鐵平板發(fā)生的變形，在吊裝鑄鐵平板時(shí)，要用四根同樣長度的鋼絲繩同時(shí)掛住鑄鐵平板上得四個(gè)起重孔，將鑄鐵平板平穩(wěn)吊裝在運(yùn)輸工具上。

2、將鑄鐵平板支承點(diǎn)墊好、墊平，保證每個(gè)支撐點(diǎn)受力均勻，保證整個(gè)鑄鐵平板平穩(wěn)。

3、鑄鐵平板安裝時(shí)將鑄鐵平板板的各個(gè)支撐點(diǎn)用調(diào)整墊鐵墊好、墊實(shí)，由專業(yè)技術(shù)人員將鑄鐵平板調(diào)整至合格精度。

4、鑄鐵平板使用時(shí)要輕拿輕放工件，不要在鑄鐵平板上挪動比較粗糙的工件，以免對鑄鐵平板工作面造成磕碰、劃傷等損壞。

5、為了防止鑄鐵平板整體變形，使用完畢后，要將工件從鑄鐵平板上拿下來，避免工件長時(shí)間對鑄鐵平板重壓造成鑄鐵平板的變形。

6、鑄鐵平板不用時(shí)要及時(shí)將工作面洗凈，然后涂上一層防銹油，并用防銹紙蓋上，用鑄鐵平板的外包裝將鑄鐵平板蓋好，以防止平時(shí)不注意造成對鑄鐵平板工作面的損傷。

7、鑄鐵平板應(yīng)安裝在通風(fēng)、干燥的環(huán)境中，并遠(yuǎn)離熱源、有腐蝕的氣體、有腐蝕的液體。

8、鑄鐵平板按國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)行定期周檢，檢定周期根據(jù)具體情況可為6-12個(gè)月。

Maintenance of Inspection Surface Plate:

1.A surface plate is a a surface plate is a datum and should be protected against damage. The top should be frequently wiped clean from dust and other particles. When measurements are being made, a cloth should be spread on the surface plate on which small tools and gauges can be placed when not in use. When the surface plate is not in use the top should always be kept covered.

2. A Grade 0 or Grade 1 surface plate should be placed in a LOCAIION where there is a circulation of air which is under constant temperature control. The plate should be in a LOCAIION away from direct sunlight and sources of draughts which could cause a vertical gradient of temperature such that the top and underside of the surface plate are at different temperatures.

3.Stands should be located on a stable foundation. the surface plate should be supported firmly and levelled.
