電機試驗平臺用途：試驗平臺在檢定或精密測試中一般用作基準定位面。電機試驗平臺適用于以涂色法實驗工件表面平面度，或作為實驗工作的輔助工具?！嶒炂脚_剛度指標規(guī)定試驗平臺工作面中央每施加250N（1N=0.102kgf）載荷，平板撓度應不超過1 m。試驗時，各級平板的撓度值應不超過00級平板平面度公差值的一半。各種規(guī)格的實驗平臺，在工作面中央的集中載荷區(qū)域，施加的額定載荷以及允許撓度值具體指標。
電機試驗平臺材質：工作面硬度為HB170-350，經過兩次人工處理（人工退火600度-700度和自然時效2-3年）對實驗平臺，鑄鐵平板進行熱處理的目的是減少逐漸中的應力，消除鑄鐵平板的部分白口組織，提高鑄鐵工作臺工作表面的硬度和耐磨性，使該鑄鐵平臺，鑄鐵平板的精度穩(wěn)定，耐磨性能好。
