cast iron welding plate
Riveting plate is used to
weld work piece.there are holes and T-slot. The holes are used to clean the
iron filings .the T-slots are used to fit the weldments. Of course, sometimes
there are also no any holes and T-slots on the surface.
The raw material of riveting
plate is the high -strength cast iron HT200-300 ，whose surface hardness
is of HB170-240.After the two manual handing such as600℃to700℃artificial annealing as well as 2 to 3 years of natural aging, the T-slot has
plate perfectly resists abrasion and has stable precision. Accuracy grade
divides Grade1, Grade2, Grade 3 and finish polishing.Generally speaking, the
finish polishing is the most hot-sale product.
