The raw material of the cast
steel surface table is the high -strength carbon steel and alloy cast steel，whose surface hardness is of HB320-380
.After the two manual handing
such as600℃to700℃artificial annealing as well as 2 to 3
years of natural aging, the T-slot has plate perfectly resists abrasion and has
stable precision.
The spectification is200mm×200mm—3000mm×6000mm. For special size, we
also can arrange the production according to the drawing provided by the
client,or after the consultation by both parties.
Precision
accuracy:T-slot plates shall be
classified as Grade 0, Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3.
The cast steel plate serves
as the measuring basis, which is used for inspecting the machinery
parts`geometric tolerance such as flatness ,straightness ,etc. Also, it can be
used to the scribbling , abrasive machining equipment installation and more.
Cast steel is not only can be used to measuring and inspection workpiece ,but
also service as the plate to grinding, welding, assembly and so on.
