Cast iron worktable
The cast iron surface plate
serves as the measuring basis, which is used for inspecting the machinery
parts`geometric tolerance such as flatness ,straightness ,etc.Also, it can be
used to the scribbling , abrasive machining equipment installation and more.
The raw material of the cast
iron surface table is the high -strength cast iron HT200-300 ，whose surface hardness is of HB170-240.After the two manual handing
such as600℃to700℃artificial annealing as well as 2 to 3
years of natural aging, the T-slot has plate perfectly resists abrasion and has
stable precision.
Precision accuracy:surface
plates shall be classified as Grade 00,Grade0, Grade 1.Grade 2.Grade3 ,and
finish polishing.
We can use the coloring
method to insepct the flatness ,which is accurate , direct ans convenient.
